How to Schedule Your First Appointment
Call our office at (606) 373-0316 or use the patient portal to request an appointment. Let us know you are a new patient when you call.
What to Bring to Your First Visit
- A photo ID
- Your insurance card
- A list of all your current medications or bring the pill bottles
- Medical records from any previous doctors if you have them
- Your pharmacy name and phone number
What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit will be longer than a regular appointment. Dr. Marshall takes time to get to know you and understand your full health history. Please plan for about an hour.
