Meet Dr. Kassi Marshall, MD

Dr. Kassi Marshall, MD is a Christian internal medicine physician from Eastern Kentucky. She is grateful every day for the opportunity to care for patients and their families in her home community.

Dr. Marshall grew up in Grayson, KY and dreamed of becoming a doctor from a young age. She attended Alice Lloyd College where she met her husband Charles. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and her medical degree from the University of Louisville. She completed the UofL Internal Medicine Residency Program and is Board Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

After finishing her training, Dr. Marshall and her family returned home to Eastern Kentucky. Since then she has practiced in hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, patient homes, psychiatric facilities, a school clinic, and with hospice and palliative care teams.

Dr. Marshall thrives on diagnostic challenges. She embraces complex cases and uses careful critical thinking to manage patients with multiple health conditions at once. Her dedication, excellence, and communication skills have been recognized through various professional awards.

Her Christian faith is the foundation of her love of medicine and her patients. She is humbled by the opportunity to serve in her daily role as a physician and on mission trips abroad.

Outside of medicine she loves traveling, reading, organizing mission teams, and cheering on Alice Lloyd College, where her husband Charles serves as President. They live on campus with their three children.
